Research and sourcing

When evidence is limited or conflicting, we say so clearly. We do not overstate what the science supports.
Product testing methodology

Our full testing criteria are published within each buying guide. Products that fail purity or dose verification are excluded from rankings regardless of brand reputation or affiliate relationships.

Corrections policy
