I’ve seen enough greens powders to know the routine.
Scoop the powder. Find a shaker. Add water. Shake it until the texture is tolerable. Then remember to do the whole thing again tomorrow.
Grüns takes a noticeably different approach.
Instead of another tub of green powder, the company has packed its daily nutrition formula into small green gummy bears portioned into individual daily packs.
But the gummy format was only what initially caught my attention.
Once I looked at what Grüns is actually offering in 2026, there was considerably more happening inside those little packets than I expected.
The Gummy Bears Are Really Just the Delivery System

Calling Grüns a gummy vitamin doesn’t quite describe what the company is trying to build.
Each adult daily pack combines 60+ ingredients, including whole-food fruits and vegetables, vitamins and minerals, prebiotics, antioxidants, adaptogens and a super mushroom ingredient.
The ingredient list includes familiar greens such as:
Kale • Spinach • Broccoli • Spirulina • Wheatgrass • Chlorella
alongside fruits including:
Strawberry • Blueberry • Raspberry • Cranberry • Goji • Pomegranate
There’s also shiitake mushroom extract, astragalus and inulin among the broader formulation.
That makes the gummy format feel less like the entire product and more like the way Grüns chose to package a much larger daily nutrition formula.
21 Vitamins and Minerals Make Up Another Big Part of the Formula

The whole-food ingredients get plenty of attention, but I wouldn’t overlook the vitamin and mineral side.
Grüns currently lists 21 vitamins and minerals in its adult formula.
These include nutrients such as:
Vitamins A, C, D3, E and K2 • B Vitamins • Folate • Biotin • Iron • Zinc • Iodine • Selenium
The amounts aren’t identical across every nutrient.
For example, the current nutrition information lists many of its vitamins around 100% of Daily Value, while several minerals are included at roughly 25% of Daily Value.
I think that’s worth understanding because “60+ ingredients” sounds impressive on a package, but the actual Supplement Facts panel tells me much more about what I’m consuming.
The 6 Grams of Fiber Surprised Me More Than the Greens

One number I wasn’t expecting to stand out was:
6g of dietary fiber per adult pack.
That’s currently listed as 21% of Daily Value.
Grüns uses prebiotic fiber ingredients within the formula, including FiberSMART and organic inulin.
That gives the product another dimension beyond simply packing vitamins into gummy bears.
And it helps explain why Grüns talks so much about digestive and gut-health support alongside its other nutritional claims.
Low Sugar and Sugar-Free Are Two Different Versions

Here’s another detail I would definitely pay attention to before choosing a version.
Adult Grüns is currently offered in both:
Low Sugar • Sugar-Free
The current Low Sugar nutrition panel lists 8g of total sugar and 8g of added sugar per pack, while the Sugar-Free version lists less than 0.5g total sugar and 0g added sugar.
The Sugar-Free formulation uses allulose and Reb M, while the regular Low Sugar formulation includes cane sugar.
So “Grüns” isn’t necessarily one identical nutritional product regardless of which button I select.
The version matters.
The Ingredient List Is Long — but the Dietary Details Are Pretty Straightforward

With this many ingredients packed into one product, I wanted to know what else was—or wasn’t—in the gummies.
According to Grüns, its gummies are:
Vegan • Gluten-Free • Dairy-Free • Nut-Free
They’re made with pectin rather than gelatin, and the company says they contain no synthetic dyes or synthetic sweeteners.
That doesn’t mean every ingredient will automatically be suitable for every person.
It simply gives me a clearer picture of how the formula has been constructed.
And with any dietary supplement, the complete ingredient list and Supplement Facts panel matter more than the front-of-package marketing.
Grüns Has Started Moving Beyond One Flavor and One Audience
The product lineup is also broader in 2026.
Grüns currently offers adult and kids products, and its main storefront includes both its Original flavor and a newer Berry Far Far Away option for adults and kids.
That makes the current lineup look more like a developing nutrition brand than a single viral gummy product.
The Original adult version is described around a strawberry-and-greens flavor profile, while the company has continued experimenting with additional flavor options.
For me, that’s another sign that Grüns is increasingly focused on making daily nutrition something people will actually want to keep taking, rather than simply creating the longest ingredient list possible.
The Individual Packs Might Be the Most Practical Part of the Product

The packaging is surprisingly important to the whole idea.
A standard adult pouch contains 28 individual daily packs, and the suggested use is no more than one pack per day.
That means there’s no:
Scooping • Measuring • Shaker Bottle • Mixing • Cleanup
I can understand why that matters.
A nutrition product can have an impressive formula, but it isn’t particularly convenient if I continually forget—or don’t want—to use it.
Grüns essentially turns the routine into:
Grab Pack → Open → Eat Gummies
The individual packets also make the product easier to take away from home than a large container of powder.
I Was Glad to See Testing Get Its Own Place in the Story

With supplements, the ingredient list isn’t the only thing I want to know about.
I also want to know what the company says it’s doing to verify what’s actually in the product.
Grüns says its gummies are third-party tested for potency, purity and safety.
The company currently says its testing covers its vitamins and minerals as well as contaminants including 70 pesticides, four types of heavy metals, 16 other contaminants and nine microbial contaminants.
That doesn’t transform a supplement into medicine or guarantee a particular health outcome.
But third-party testing is still meaningful information I’d want when evaluating a product containing this many ingredients.
The Subscription Model Is a Bigger Part of Grüns Than I Initially Realized

Grüns is also clearly designed around becoming a recurring routine.
The company offers both one-time purchases and recurring deliveries, with subscription orders generally receiving stronger discounts and shipping benefits.
A typical adult subscription contains 28 daily packs delivered every four weeks, and Grüns says subscriptions can be paused or canceled.
Current promotional prices can vary depending on flavor, quantity and offer, so I wouldn’t treat one advertised discount as the permanent price of Grüns.
I’d compare the actual recurring price, number of packs and cancellation terms rather than focusing only on the introductory percentage-off banner.
There’s Still an Important Difference Between Filling Nutrition Gaps and Replacing Food

This is probably the biggest distinction I’d keep in mind.
Grüns contains nutrients and ingredients derived from or associated with fruits, vegetables and other foods.
But eating gummies containing kale powder isn’t the same thing as eating a plate containing whole kale, broccoli, berries and other foods.
Whole foods bring their own combination of fiber, nutrients, water, volume and food structure.
Grüns is sold as a dietary supplement, and its product disclaimer states that its claims haven’t been evaluated by the FDA and that the product isn’t intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
So I wouldn’t view it as a replacement for eating a varied diet.
I’d view the concept much more narrowly: a convenient supplement designed to add certain nutrients and ingredients to an existing diet.
The Final Take on Grüns in 2026

After looking beyond the green gummy bears, I think the format is only half the Grüns story.
The bigger picture is the combination of:
60+ Ingredients • 21 Vitamins & Minerals • 6g Fiber • Whole-Food Ingredients • Low-Sugar and Sugar-Free Options • Individual Daily Packs • Third-Party Testing
And in 2026, the expanding adult and kids lineup makes Grüns feel increasingly like a daily-nutrition brand built around convenience, rather than simply another bottle of gummy vitamins.
There are still things I’d look at carefully—the full ingredient list, the specific version, recurring subscription cost and whether adding a supplement makes sense alongside someone’s existing diet.
But Grüns does make one thing noticeably different.
It takes the complicated visual language of greens powders, supplement bottles and overflowing vitamin cabinets and reduces it to one small daily pack of gummy bears.
